The Director of the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, ROBERT DUFTON, is stepping down after nine years in the role. He will join the Centre for Charity Effectiveness at Cass Business School, London.

Exeter Northcott Theatre has appointed POLLY AGG-MANNING to the new post of Reach Producer. She is currently Head of Education at Hall for Cornwall. The new Media Officer is JENNY HOGG, who joins from the Wyvern Theatre in Swindon.
OWEN CALVERT-LYONS has been appointed as Artistic Director of The Point in Eastleigh and its sister venue, the Berry Theatre. He will leave his role as head of the creative learning team at the Arcola Theatre in London to take up the position.
The new Marketing and Communications Director with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra will be CAROLINE DOOLEY. She will join the organisation from her role as Marketing Manager at audio specialist Linn and succeeds ANN MONFRIES, who has been in the post for more than thirteen years.
CHARLOTTE GWINNER has been appointed Associate Director at Liverpool Everyman and Playhouse after receiving the Quercus Award for Theatre Directors 2013. She was previously Associate Director at the Bush Theatre from 2009 to 2011 and is the founder and Artistic Director of Angle Theatre.
KATE GAMBRELL has joined Contact as their new Head of Marketing and Communications. She has previously worked for The Lowry and Sheffield Theatres.
NEIL COWLEY will be Musician in Residence throughout Derry-Londonderry’s celebrations as UK City of Culture in 2013. The role is in partnership with PRS Music Foundation and the Nerve Centre, Derry-Londonderry’s music hub.
EUTON DALEY, the Artistic Director of Pegasus, Oxford’s youth arts organisation is stepping down in the summer after 22 years in the role.
