SEONA REID will become the new Chair of the Board for the National Theatre of Scotland. She replaces RICHARD FINDLAY CBE, who has been in post since the company’s inception.
Age Cymru’s new Arts and Creativity Development Officer is EMMA ROBINSON. She will be curating and developing the charity’s Gwanwyn festival for over 50s.
STUART THOMAS is leaving his job at Creative Scotland to take the position of Music Advisor with the British Council.
JAMIE EASTMAN has been appointed Director of Live at LICA, the professional arts venue on the Lancaster University campus. He will succeed MATT FENTON, who has moved on to become Artistic Director/ Chief Executive at Manchester’s Contact Theatre.
The new Permanent Secretary at the Department for Culture, Media and Sport is SUE OWEN, who joins from the Department for Work and Pensions. She will start the post at the beginning of October.

NICKY WEBB is to leave Artichoke in December, to develop her own work and contribute more to her family life. HELEN MARRIAGE will continue as sole Director of the company they set up together in 2005.
Turner Prize nominee JANE WILSON has been named as Professor of Art at the University of Wolverhampton.
The new Chairman of the Advisory Committee on the Government Art Collection will be DAVID VEREY, who will hold the post until September 2018. He succeeds JULIA SOMERVILLE, who served in the role for ten years.
