Two new trustees at Royal Academy Trust

The Royal Academy of Arts (RA) has announced SIOBHÁN MORIARTY and SALLY TENNANT OBE as Trustees of Royal Academy Trust.

Moriarty is the former General Counsel and Company Secretary of beverage company Diageo plc. Since 2018, she has served as a Non-Executive Director on the RA Friends Board, before assuming the role of Chair earlier this year. 

With a background in investment, banking, and management experience, Tennant is the founder of independent adviser Acorn Capital Advisers. Previously, she was Chief Executive of Swiss banking group Lombard Odier Ltd, before becoming CEO of private bank Kleinwort Benson. 

Alongside this, she is Chair of hedge fund Point72 (UK) Ltd, a Non-Executive Director of B-FLEXION Group Holdings SA and a patron of the pregnancy and baby loss charity Tommy’s.

Chair of Royal Academy Trust Lady ALISON MYNERS said she is “delighted” Moriarty and Tennant have joined the organisation.
