Shakeshaft named Museum of the Home Interim Chair

JOHN SHAKESHAFT is the Museum of the Home’s Interim Chair.
 
His appointment began on 15 June and will run until 30 September. 

Shakeshaft is a merchant banker, with experience in leading financial strategies, and a trustee of the Institute of Cancer Research, Cardiff University, the Museum of the Home and the LSO Endowment Fund.

He previously worked as a diplomat and international company director and has acted as a trustee and chair in the arts and higher education sectors.
