Catherine Groom
Co-Director at Fierce
Catherine Groom joined Fierce in 2017, becoming Co-Director in spring 2023.
She leads on financial management, HR and policy development, working with the team to deliver the biennial Fierce Festival and other projects, large and small. She will do anything and everything that needs doing and aims to do so with care and kindness.
Alongside her role at Fierce, she delivers bespoke training and works as a strategic development consultant in the arts and for small charities in other sectors.
