Carol leads the marketing module on the MA in Arts Management at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and facilitates Action Learning Sets for the AMA’s Culturehive Digital Marketing Academy and the Audience Diversity Academy.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a chartered marketer and sits on the boards of the Arts Marketing Association, the Centre for Performance Research and the Iris Prize Outreach Trust.
She is a frequent speaker at national and international conferences and presented a session at the National Arts Marketing Project Arts Conference in Austin, Texas this November on Developing Dynamic Frameworks. She also co-hosts the international marketing podcast, CultureVoice which is available on SoundCloud and iTunes.
Carol is a champion of lean and agile approaches, is passionate about using technology to drive ticket sales, loyalty and user engagement and developing social spaces to drive businesses forward both artistically and financially.
