Bernard is also Director of The Management Centre. For over 30 years he has acted as a fundraising consultant to a wide range of bodies in the arts and cultural world, ranging from the National Gallery to Scottish Opera and from Holburne Museum to York Early Music Festival. He regularly consults on fundraising projects for leading organisations such as UNICEF, NSPCC and Cancer Research UK.
He is co-author of The Influential Fundraiser: Using the psychology of persuasion to achieve outstanding results, and editor of Global Fundraising. His latest book is the Strategy Workout.
