Andrea is responsible for the Bank of America's social and environment strategy and integration in markets outside the USA. In this role, she leads on the alignment of the bank’s sustainable business practices and its goals for responsible growth.
She partners with senior leaders across the company to advise clients on their social and environmental strategy, developing both opportunities and managing risks.
Andrea also manages the bank’s social impact, philanthropic and art investments, and the associated community and employee engagement programmes.
