Scottish charities reject new Fundraising Regulator

A consultation has found that charities would rather take greater responsibility for self-regulation, with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator taking on an enhanced role supplemented by an independent panel, than sign up to the new Fundraising Regulator.
