Ball replaces Topp at Culture Central

STEVE BALL is taking over from Culture Central’s first Director GARY TOPP, who is joining the Arnolfini in Bristol next month as they enter their next stage of transition. Ball was the founding Artistic Director of The Play House and has been Head of Arts for Birmingham City Council. Since 2003 he has been Associate Director at The REP in Birmingham and he will continue this role in a part-time capacity as well as leading Culture Central.
