Creative Producer

Start Thurrock is seeking a dynamic Creative Producer to deliver an ambitious community-led cultural programme that will accelerate cultural engagement in Thurrock.

This role is about making the programme happen. You will realise our community’s creative ambitions and deliver a diverse and exciting cultural programme, ranging from creative commissions co-produced by residents and the cultural community, through to large-scale public events.

You will cultivate meaningful relationships between communities, creative practitioners and cultural organisations and bring solid experience of facilitating public-led cultural programming.

£25,600 (£32,000 FTE) for 4 days per week
Part time, 0.8 FTE, fixed term contract to 31 March 2026
